About the villa
Perfectly perched above a semi-private sandy beach, with sweeping lawns leading down toward the sea, this magnificent property, offers an enviable level of luxury that leaves nothing to chance. With equal emphasis on style and comfort, the interior décor with Asian touches and interesting pais softened with subtle natural shades and warmed with rich reds, while outdoor sofas on an open terrace are infused with summer colours in bright cushions. The living room has dark colonial coloured terrace doors with a flair of Italian design found also in the dining room. Soft beige colours are accompanied by colourful cushions creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
An unrivalled range of fine facilities includes a gym, a heated infinity pool surrounded by furnished sun terraces, and a poolside Jacuzzi and bar overlooking the sea. The sitting room is spacious, cool and contemporary, and each of the five bedrooms has a bathroom or shower room en suite. Cook service is included here for breakfast and lunch and for four-seasons comfort, Villa Balbina has central heating, pool heating and a games room looking out to sea.
