About the villa

Situated in a prime position on Kalamar Bay, Villa Kenar is sleek, spacious and modern. Inside, the elegant open-plan living area is large enough for the whole party to enjoy, with big comfy sofas, and is well lit with modern and stylish light fittings. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a sleek, monochrome design, providing a smart space for all your culinary desires. The villa features four lovely bedrooms, each designed in a modern and minimalist style with elegant wood features, and kitted with en suites. Step outside, and you'll be astounded by striking views of glittering waters and nearby islands. Relax with a cool drink on a lounger beside the sizeable infinity pool, or maybe take a book down to the beach and unwind by the water's edge. There is also a great outdoor dining area with a stone barbecue, perfect for creating some memorable feasts on warm summer nights.

The villa offers access to six beach club-style bathing platforms, nestled right on the water's edge. These are private for the estate made up of six properties, which can be booked together for larger groups of up to 30 guests. These include Villa Sahil, Villa Keyali, Villa Akim I, Villa Akim II and Villa Akim III.
