What is Trailfinders' Peace of Mind policy?
With Trailfinders' Peace of Mind policy, if you book a package and within 7 days of departure there is FCDO advice against travel or a quarantine (local or national in the UK), you will be given these three options:1. Travel as booked.
2. Change to new dates or new destination.
3. Cancel and have a full refund within 14 days.
If you are instructed by the government 'track & trace’ scheme not to travel, or are unable to travel as you have Covid-19, you will be able to claim on Trailfinders travel insurance- - if you have taken this out.
Trailfinders Trust Account:
We are unique among the travel industry, as ALL your money is safely stored in trust until you come home from your holiday. Any pre-payments that must be made, are paid out of our own reserves and your money is not used for the day to day running of the company.
Creditsafe Credit Score
Creditsafe is a company who independently conduct business credit reports, awarding businesses a score out of 100 based on how secure their finances are. Trailfinders was awarded a score of 100/100 – meaning we’re as financially secure as you possibly can be.
