Delhi & the Golden Triangle Holidays

asia
India’s Golden Triangle holidays offer many travellers their first introduction to the world’s greatest democracy and encompasses several of the nation’s most iconic attractions. Delhi and Jaipur form two points of the triangle with the third, and the undoubted jewel in the crown, being the Taj Mahal in Agra.

In the vibrant capital of modern India, experience the contrast between the grand colonial architecture of New Delhi and the narrow, hectic streets of the old city. A few hours drive to the south east and home to one of the seven wonders of the world, visits to Agra are dominated by the magical Taj Mahal, an everlasting symbol of one man’s devotion to the woman he loved and lost.

Across the hot desert plains of Rajasthan lies Jaipur, the 'Pink City'. Here fairytale palaces and mighty forts gaze out over a busy city of colourful bazaars awash with scarlet turbans and gorgeous saris.

Trailfinders offers a wide range of India Golden Triangle holidays and we have a dedicated team of destination specialists who are a mine of information about what to do in Delhi and the Golden Triangle, often with first-hand travel experience.
